Eugene explains what he can do and what it will cost before the work starts. If anything changes, you hear it first — no surprise charges.
The work gets done properly, the area is protected, and the space is left tidy. If a job needs an electrician or a plumber, you are told rather than worked around.

The person you talk to is the person responsible for the work.
I run On The Go Handyman myself, out of Chalfont. I keep it that way on purpose — in someone's home, accountability matters more than scale.
When you call, you get me. Not a call centre, not whoever happened to be free. The person who looks at your job is the person who does it, so nothing gets lost in between.
I'll tell you what it costs before I start, and if it turns out bigger than it looked, you hear that first. If a job needs a licensed electrician or plumber, I'll say so rather than take it on.
